Chill out a bit and start organizing your life more

Hey guys!

Do you ever feel like you should be doing a thousands of things at the moment so you just sit down and do nothing because you feel powerless? Chill out a bit!

Problem is that people aren't capable of doing more things at the same time. You can only think about one problem at a moment. Even though it feels like you're thinking about more problems at the same time, your brain is only switching from one to another...

Car drivers will definitely know this. Remember that time when you were driving with "full head" and nearly crashed or made some other mistake while driving? Yeah you probably know that. It's not only in driving but in everything you do. But while driving, it's more dramatic because not focusing on your road can cost you a life...

But what can you do about it? We all know that one does not simply turn of his thoughts.

You just need to make a plan for things you have to do. Blow off some steam and start planning.
Also, you have to re-think everything you think that needs to be done. Do you really need to do this, this and that? And how important it is? Because there are people who often make even going to shop more dramatic than others do about any other more important activities...

How to plan:

At first, you will need some planner/agenda. Also, smartphone can make a perfect planner with notifications (e.g. google calendar that is basically in every android phone is amazing app that can be synchronized with your google account, so you can view and edit it on your PC).

Second, you need to write there everything you do periodically, but you sometimes forgot to do it (taking a pill as everyday activity, sending payment once a month, car check every half a year... everything you really do and it's forgetable).

Third, try to fit any other activity that needs to be done in your calendar/diary in the right order (priority). And be sure that you will have enough time for doing it. Remember that it's always better to do something (that's not needed to be done right now) on another day, than trying to do it when you are limited by time...

And the most important, fourth step - do activites as you planned them. Change your plans only when it's really necessary or when it's not actual.

If you really want a cleaner head, more free time without feeling bad about your inactivity in your past time. Do as I say... Organize your life at least a bit. You will understand what I've been talking about :)

And a tip that will also help a lot: do not promise anything you can't do... If you're not sure if you'll have time when someone asks you if you're free to do something someday, just check your diary. It's not ashaming. And even if that person will make fun of you having a diary, it will be better than the same person mad at you for not getting somewhere or doing something although you promised to do so...

Bye guys and really think about it...
